We currently offer three delightful themes: a Garden Party theme for a classic and elegant setup, a princess theme for all the little Princesses and a Unicorn theme perfect for a fun, whimsical experience.

It’s simple! Book your desired time slot (if available) and theme, and we’ll deliver all the tea party essentials right to your doorstep. We will set up for your party to make it look beautiful. After the party, we’ll return to pick up everything. Just empty cups and scrape plates before we collect them.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least two or more weeks in advance to secure your spot.

There is a 2.5 hour party time allocated to each booking with an additional 45 min to 1 hr set up and take down time. So altogether including setup and take down is around 3.5 to 4 hours.

At this time, we offer set themes, but we’d be happy to discuss small customizations to add a personal touch if possible. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Each package includes tea sets (cups, saucers, teapots), plates, utensils, tablecloths, decor, and themed accessories. Details of what’s included can vary by theme, so check our package page for specifics.

Catering

You can add a catering package to your rental. Catering is provided by our preferred vendors. Gluten free, dairy free, nut free and vegan options are available for an extra free.

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free but cannot guarantee a nut free menu.

Absolutely! Our tea party rental can be booked without catering if you prefer to serve your own food.

Deposit and Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.

If items are damaged or missing, we will deduct the cost from your deposit based on replacement or repair costs. We will keep you informed about what that cost is.

Delivery, Setup, and Clean up

Just have your table and chairs ready and we’ll do the rest. We’ll set up the table linens, tea cups, saucers and plates accented with gold tea spoons and forks, food platters and table decorations to make the tea setting perfect for your little one.

We ask that customers empty cups and scrape off any leftover food on plates before collection. We’ll handle the washing and overall cleanup when we retrieve the items.

Delivery typically occurs one hour before your scheduled start time, and collection is an hour after your scheduled end time. Specific timing will be confirmed closer to your booking date.

Policies and Safety

Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 5 days before the scheduled party for a full refund. After Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Absolutely! All items are sanitized thoroughly before and after each use to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Our packages are recommended for children ages 5 and up. Adult supervision is required for young children to ensure everyone’s safety and the proper use of our items.

Yes, our Garden theme is perfect for outdoor settings in the late spring/summer and indoor in the winter! Just ensure you have a sheltered area in case of bad weather, as our items need to be kept dry and protected.

If there is a party cancellation due to extreme weather conditions such as a snow storm, you can get a full refund or reschedule to another day. Dates are subject to availability.
